The purpose of a trainer is to provide the athlete with the necessary tools to improve his/her performance. A trainer’s goal is to create an environment where an athlete acquires effective behavior rapidly. During training, a trainer must make it a priority to create opportunities to expose a particular weakness and enhance physical/mental strength in their athlete.
