The UFC Fight Night 38 took place on Sunday night with Dan Henderson almost taking off Shogun Rua’s nose in the man event with an H-Bomb. It’ll be a couple of weeks before the UFC promotion brings their next offering. The UFC Fight Night 39 event will take place on April 11 and will mark the UFC’s second show in Abu Dhabi.

Weidman suffers injury, UFC 173 title bout with Lyoto Machida pushed back to July 5

Apparently, UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman suffered a knee injury in training that will require minor surgery which means the UFC has announced that his title defense against Lyoto Machida will be moved from the UFC 173 main event till July 5.

Australian Fighting Championship 9 set for May 17th in Albury, South Wales

ONE Fighting Championship, Asia’s largest mixed martial arts organization with a 90% market share, has bolstered its talent-rich roster with a series of signings of champions from around the world. England’s Chi Lewis Parry, China’s Ji Xian, Ukraine’s Igor Subora, the Philippines’ Cary Bullos and Indonesia’s Yohan Mulia Legowo have all agreed to exclusive contracts with ONE FC, and will be making their respective debuts at a later date.
