NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Sporting a new haircut, Strikeforce heavyweight Brett Rogers was in attendance for the “Strikeforce: Nashville” weigh-ins on Friday. ProMMAnow.com caught up with the Minnesota fighter to discuss his upcoming title fight against Strikeforce heavyweight champion AlistairOvereem.

Rogers gave us his thoughts on how he matches up with Overeem, and also pondered the possible reasons it has taken Overeem so long to defend his title.

In addition, Rogers discussed what he learned from his loss to Fedor Emelianenko, and talked about the likelihood of getting another shot at the Russian if he defeats Overeem.
