On the first episode of The Cageside Beat, the newest series brought to you by the ProMMA.info Radio Network, Brian and Mike welcomed pro fighter Chad “H-Bomb” Hinton to the show following Chad’s recent first-round KO victory over Justin Moore.

The discussion kicked off with Chad offering some insight into his preparation for his recent fight and then his plans following the first-round KO win, including his quest to fight in the UFC. Chad also told Brian and Mike of a brief encounter he had with UFC matchmaker Joe Silva at this year’s Arnold Sports Classic in Columbus, Ohio. Chad offered some insight into the training and team philosophies of his team, Team Xtreme, his affiliation with Fight Ribbon Clothing Company, and the mental and physical toll that weight cutting can take. The show wrapped up with an excellent discussion on weight cutting in MMA, and a brief preview of some regional events.
