Tito Ortiz talks UFC 106 main event fight with Forrest Griffin

I have to admit, it’s pretty cool to see Tito Ortiz back in front of the camera getting ready for a fight. It hearkens back to the glory days when Tito, Chuck, Randy, and Hughes were all kicking ass and controlling those top spots. It was a great time for the UFC and seeing Tito there again brings a little bit of that back…

Having said that, he’s got his hands full against another former light heavyweight champ in Forrest Griffin. This will be a great measuring stick to see where both of these guys are in their career. They had a close fight the first time; will it be that close again? UFC 106 lost a big main event when Lesnar pulled out, but I think we may be getting something that could possibly be just as good with Ortiz vs. Griffin 2.
