Strikeforce Director of Communications Mike Afromowitz and 145 pounder Brian Caraway were both guests on this week’s edition of ‘THE INFO’. Matt De La Rosa and “Fast Eddie” Constantine talked about the San Jose based promotion’s acquisition of select PRO Elite assets, former Affliction CEO Todd Beard, KIMO Leopoldo and the latest happenings at PRO MMA (http://promma.info).
Caraway fought under the EliteXC and Strikeforce banners in 2008 and provided his thoughts on the sale, he also talked about the popularity of MMA in the Pacific northwest as well as an intriguing bout he has coming up at the end of the month. In his first interview since the PRO Elite sale, Mike Afromowitz stopped by to talk about Strikeforce’s outlook for 2009, his take on MMA in New York state, and Mike informed PRO MMA (http://promma.info) that he can not say for certain that Carano vs. Santos will not happen on the April 11th card.
