Rousey already getting WWE title shot, potential injury concern rumors

Ronda Rousey’s in ring debut had quite an impact at Wrestlemania 34 so much so that she is scheduled to face champion Nia Jax at WWE’s Money in the Bank event on June 17th. Rumors from the locker room – if you believe the dirt sheets out there – are that although WWE corporate feels Rousey is ready, others back stage don’t. With Nia’s size and power a new wrestler might have trouble adjusting to her style, which is not a knock on Nia. She is the Braun Strowman of the women’s division meaning she has solid wrestling skills and lots of power. Ronda will have to be on her game and careful to follow Nia’s lead or there is the potential for injury. This is a real test for Rousey.
