TMZ kicked off a media  storm when they released that Jon Jones tested positive for the anabolic steroid Turinabol earlier this week.  Jones had just knocked out Daniel Cormier to recapture his light heavyweight title and fans proclaimed him the greatest of all time. Once the report came out they quickly turned on him like they have a tendency to do so.

Marc Raimondi from MMAfighting.com tweeted that he received confirmation along with the UFC and Jones manager Malki Kawa about the substance he was flagged for.

USADA has confirmed to me what Malki Kawa said yesterday on #themmahour: Jon Jones tested positive for turinabol.

Kawa later reiterated his support of Jon and that he feels there is possibly a hidden agenda.

I know Jon better than anybody, and I’m telling you, this man does not cheat. He has no reason to

I’m encouraging everyone to go out there and take a look at the tests he passed and the test he failed. It’s a three-week window the month of the fight. Jon has passed seven unannounced tests, and the one he’s going to fail is the one that’s announced? It’s weird to me, there’s a lot of things here that don’t add up, and to the UFC, it doesn’t add up.
