Alberto Del Rio admitted to violating the WWE Wellness Policy recently due to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) which was legally prescribed by his doctor. Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter said Del Rio may have tested positive for TRT, but the actual reason he was suspended was for PED’s, specifically for steroids. As for his future, TNA is trying very hard to sign Del Rio according to Meltzer. Interesting to note is that TNA apparently doesn’t fine or suspend their talent for failing drug tests. Furthermore, Del Rio is looking to work a light schedule for the next two or three years before getting out of the business completely.
