Sami Zayn ended up winning the match with a Blue Thunderbomb maneuver, but as soon as it was over, referee Charles Robinson made the “X” sign with his hands. This sign signifies that a legitimate injury occurred and help is needed. Help arrived and they assisted Owens to the back.
