Lewis has knocked out his last three opponents in a row. Most recently “The Black Beast” scored a first round KO of longtime UFC vet Gabriel Gonzaga in April and earned a “Performance of the Night” bonus in the process.
The 31-year-old New Orleans native will face fellow heavyweight slugger Roy “Big Country” Nelson at UFC Fight Night 90 on July 7th in Las Vegas.
