Hot 145-pound prospect Nate “The Train” Landwehr (7-2) out of SSF Submission Academy took on UFC vet Diego “The Octopus” Saraiva (22-20-1) on March 12 at “A Night of Explosions” in Clarksville, Tenn. Yours truly was on commentary with local UFC unbeaten bantamweight “Cool Hand” Luke Sanders.
It was a fun and entertaining night capped off with this first round stoppage by “The Train”. We won’t spoil the ending for you but suffice it to say Landwehr’s power proved to be too much for the 33-year-old BJJ black belt out of Atlanta.
