Keith “The Banana” Smetana and Devon “Mr. Boomtruck” Smith are back with Round 4 of their Vlog Battle leading up to their fight inside the cage on March 12th at Prestige FC 2: Queen City Coronation at The Orr Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
In this round “Mr. Boomtruck” gives us a look at some of his strength and conditioning training as well as a little-known technique to help him prepare for The Banana’s angles. You have to hand it to the Canadian for his understated creativity.
Smetana brings an unorthodox approach this round and lets his MMA students share their thoughts on their coach. What comes across more than anything is that it’s obvious Keith really cares about teaching martial arts and seeing his students benefit from their efforts.
It was a tough round to score based upon the opposing styles. But watch and see who the judges gave it to. Did they get it right?
