In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Ronda Rousey stated that she will have no mercy when she steps into the octagon with outspoken Bethe Correia at UFC 190. In that interview Rousey said her father would have called it a, “Come to Jesus meeting” and for some reason Bethe is very upset about that statement. Correia told MMAFighting:
She should respect God’s name. Come to Jesus meeting’… That’s totally disrespectful. God, our creator. Keep that to yourself. We have to respect God. He’s above everything.
Ronda Rousey and Bethe Correia will square off in the octagon at UFC 190 on August 1st at the HSBC Arena in Brazil. Correia spent much of last year trying to talk her way in to a title fight with Rousey and she finally has it. Who do you think wins this one?
