WWE is sinking in terms of TV programming quality. I don’t even watch it anymore until it hits Hulu and then I fast forward to the Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, or Seth Rollins parts. They have been letting employees go from commentators like Josh Matthews, wrestlers like Brodus Clay, and even VP’s of the company. The budget shrinking doesn’t end there and doesn’t look like it will end any time soon.

The latest victim is the voice of WWE. Ring announcer Justin Roberts got fired last night after he worked RAW in Atlanta last night. Backstage reactions were shock, and confusion to say the least. In my opinion they are going back to the Attitude Era’s music only entrances until special events and PPV’s. Needless to say Justin being released is a big shock to the backstage crew and wrestlers since he was very well liked and respected.

Watch Justin do the honors of welcoming The Rock back to WWE in 2011.

  1. I think WWE is a sinking ship. Every since Vince sort of took the backseat the decisions by management have been horrible. As of wrestling fan of 35 years, I finally stopped watching WWE. It has gotten that BAD that I simply couldn’t stomach it anymore … No more watching little people come out and wrestle in an aligator outfit.
