UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones may have thought he was fighting Phil Davis instead of Glover Teixeira on Saturday night at UFC 172. Davis spent the majority of the lead up to his fight with Anthony Johnson talking about Jon Jones and how he would ‘crumble him like a cookie’.
Jones had some laughs at the expense of Davis during the UFC 172 post-fight press conference, congratulating Anthony Johnson on his dominant unanimous decision win by giving him multiple high fives. However, he wasn’t done just yet since he just released the following video via his Instagram account. It’s footage from the UFC 172 Davis/Johnson fight and the following caption:
Crumble me like a cookie?
He then followed it with a ‘come on son’ facial expression at the end of the video! It has to suck to talk alot of trash and then not be able to back it up in the case of Phil Davis.
