It’s almost here! Oh wait, it is already here? At the moment there are two seasons of The Ultimate Fighter going on but on April 16th we get TUF 19 when BJ Penn returns from retirement to see if he can defeat opposing coach Frankie Edgar on the show and in the cage. The upcoming season once again airs on FOX Sports 1.
