Patrick Cummins is a two time national champion in wrestling and is undefeated, just like Daniel Cormier, in MMA. Cummins is 4-0 and hasn’t fought since May of last year. He has won all of his fights in the first round with a pair of submissions to go along with a pair of TKO’s. According to Sherdog.com he trains at Reign MMA and Kings MMA. Cummins will welcome Daniel Cormier to the light heavyweight division.
I applaud Dana White and the UFC for getting Cormier a fight. That is awesome considering the work and preparation that he has put into this camp. Patrick Cummins may not be Rashad Evans but we have a bout! That being said, why would you sign a guy with little experience and less than a week to get ready for what could be one of the top 205 pounders? HIs name is Patrick CUMMINGS, not Cummins… It spells it correctly in the Tweet… How do you manage to misspell it every time you write it when it’s spelled correctly right there in the tweet you use as a visual.
