[ads2]demetrious johnsonUFC officials have announced that UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will defend his title against Joseph Benavidez and will headline the TUF 19 Finale on November 30.

The bout will be a rematch from their 2012 bout in which Johnson took the split decision for the inaugural UFC flyweight title at UFC 152.

Benavidez (19-3) is coming off a TKO win over Jussier Formiga in his last bout that took place earlier this month. He has rattled off three consecutive wins since the loss to Johnson, finishing the last two opponents via TKO.

Johnson (18-2-1) is coming off a fifth round submission win over John Moraga at the UFC on FOX 8 event in July. It was his second consecutive title defense since defeating Benavidez for the inaugural title at UFC 152.
