[ads2]The UFC 162 event featured the upset of the year so far with Chris Weidman knocking out Anderson Silva to become the new UFC middleweight champion in the main event. The co-main event was action back and received a “Fight of the Night” honor with Frankie Edgar outlasting Charles Oliveira to win a unanimous decision.
Also, Cub Swanson and Dennis Siver received “Fight of the Night” honors for the back and forth war. Swanson was able to finish Siver in the third round via TKO to win his fifth consecutive fight. Mark Munoz returned after a year layoff and losing close to 60 pounds in seven months to defeat Tim Boetsch. Check out all the video highlights below:
