Photo of the Day: Mark Hunt’s staph infection is healing up

[ads1]Do you remember earlier this month when we reported on UFC heavyweight Mark Hunt’s leg that was infected with staph? Well, Hunt recently visited the doctor and got a good report in that the infection was clearing up. Check out the picture below:

Hunt last fought at UFC 160, suffering a highlight reel third round KO against former UFC champ Junior dos Santos. The staph infection appeared shortly thereafter, or may have been in the initial stages when he fought. Here’s to hoping the fan favorite can get back on his feet and inside the Octagon sometime soon.[ads2]
