A long title means a stacked show tonight. We will travel from the upcoming Invicta FC 5 event and end in New Mexico with one of the most elite coaches in the business.

Undefeated bantamweight prospect Jessamyn “The Gun” Duke will kick things off tonight. She has started her professional career in style with two exciting fights and finishes inside the Invicta cage. The AFS trained Kentucky product fights Miriam Nakamoto this Friday night in Kansas City.

One of our favorites return as Invicta boss Shannon Knapp will stop by to discuss the event she has assembled and the product that she has created nearly a year after the first event. With such huge names on the card it is safe to say that this could be the coming out party of Invicta to the average MMA fan. New pay per view, new venue and exciting fights are the task at hand tonight. Invicta FC 5 goes down Friday night with fighters arriving this week.

Thursday night Emanuel Newton won the Bellator light heavyweight tournament and has attracted so many new fans in the process. Starting with the brutal knockout of King Mo all the way unanimous decision win Newton will be able to describe what the roller coaster experience has been like.

To close things out we welcome elite striking coach Mike Winkeljohn to the program. Part of the most dominant gyms in MMA history we will ask Coach about Michelle Waterson, Melvin Guilard and Jon Jones as all three face very different circumstances in their career.
