South Florida female mixed martial arts company organizes women’s training camp in Hollywood – Saturday, March 9

(HOLLYWOOD, Fla.) February 27, 2013 – Girl-Jitsu (http://www.girl-jitsu.com), a female mixed-martial arts (MMA) company based in Miami Beach, announced today the launch of its all-female MMA training camp. The inaugural camp, which is free to the public, kicks off Saturday, March 9, 2012 at Rush Squad (http://www.rushsquad.com), located at 2000 Harrison St., Suite 2 in Hollywood.

From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., women will workout, train and spar under the direction of professional MMA fighters and coaches. Amateur and novice fighters, as well as fitness enthusiasts aged 16 and older are welcome. Attendees will get hands-on experience practicing striking, grappling, wrestling, and take down techniques used in the UFC.

J.G. McGuinness, Irish pub and restaurant, will be providing food for all guests in attendance. Drinks and sandwiches will be served at the conclusion of the training camp at noon.
