A new bout has been added to the UFC 159 card as Steven Siler (21-10) faces Jimy Hettes (10-1) in a featherweight matchup. The event is set to take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., on April 27.
UFC 159 will feature a headline bout between UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and title challenger Chael Sonnen. The main card will air LIVE on PPV with the prelims expected to air on FX and Facebook.
Steven Siler announced the new fight earlier today via his Twitter page:

Steven Siler last fought at UFC 154 in November 2012, where he dropped a unanimous decision loss against Darren Elkins. Prior to that he had been on a three fight winning streak, defeating notable fighters such as Josh Clopton, Cole Miller and Joey Gambino. Siler now has the chance to bounce back into the win column with a good performance against Hettes.
Jimy Hettes was last in action at UFC 152 in September 2012, where he suffered a unanimous decision loss against Marcus Brimage. Prior to that he scored a unanimous decision victory over Nam Phan at UFC 141 in December 2011, and a second round submission win over Alex Caceres at “UFC Live: Hardy vs. Lytle” in August 2011. Hettes will no doubt look to get back onto the winning track with a big win over Siler on April 27.
