NASHVILLE, Tenn. — On December 7 North Carolina welterweight Ricky “The Sniper” Rainey (4-1) made short work of Kentucky’s Donald Wallace (5-4) with a TKO victory just 1:42 into the first round at “XFC 21: Night of Champions 2” in Nashville, Tenn.

ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) reporter Gary Thomas caught up with Rainey afterward to get his thoughts on the bout. “The Sniper” talked about the importance of winning considering he was coming off the first loss of his career at XFC 19 back in August.

Also, with the XFC heading back to North Carolina in February, Rainey talked about his desire to be on that card and gave a shout out to his gym and those who helped him get ready for his fight with Wallace.

Fight fans can watch Rainey vs. Wallace and the rest of the XFC 21 main card bouts, including Nick Newell’s lightweight title win over Eric Reynolds.
