The UFC has officially confirmed seven additional match ups for the promotion’s February card in London.
Headlined by the interim bantamweight title fight between current champion Renan Barao and challenger Michael McDonald, UFC on Fuel TV 7 will be the UFC’s first trip back to London since 2010.
As of today, the following match ups have also been confirmed for the card:
- Che Mills vs. Matt Riddle
- Terry Etim vs. Renee Forte
- Paul Sass vs. Danny Castillo
- Phil Harris vs. Ulysses Gomez
- Vaughan Lee vs. Motonobu Tezuka
- Andy Ogle vs. Josh Grispi
Early speculation was that English welterweight star Dan Hardy would make an appearance; however, Hardy was quick to dismiss these rumors tweeting, “I won’t be ready to fight in February.” Never the less, there is still plenty of time for this card to take shape, so don’t be surprised if Dana White and Joe Silva try to work a little new year matchmaking magic between now and February.
UFC on Fuel TV 7 is scheduled to take place on February 16th, 2013 at Wembley Arena in London, England.
