The Matrix Fights promotion has formally announced two bouts for its seventh show on October 26th in South Philadelphia at the Sheet Metal Worker’s Union Hall. Former EliteXC bantamweight champion Wilson Reis (14-4) will square off with Strikeforce veteran Billy Vaughan (11-13) in a 135 lbs. bout.

Also, Bellator Fighting Championships veteran Jesus “Chavo” Martinez (6-3) will take on dynamic Tae Kwon Do master Tiawan “The Iron Dragon” Howard (9-9).

“Matrix has clearly established itself as the premier combat sports organization in the Delaware Valley and Matrix VII will allow us to continue to carry that torch,” said Matrix Fights Promoter Jimmy Binns Jr. “Matrix VI featured a Fight of the Year candidate in Carina Damm vs. Munah Holland and both Munah and Mike Mucitelli received long-term deals from Bellator as a result of their performances.”

Also, former Bellator lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez’s younger brother Albert will headline the amateur portion of the card. Other fights on the card include:

  • Matt Rizzo vs. Arthur Parker
  • Marius Enache vs. Chris Ramos
  • Joe Del Viscio vs. Terrence McDonald

Additional fights will be announced soon, and you can find additional ticket information at www.MatrixFights.com.
