SAN DIEGO — ProMMAnow.com (www.prommanow.com) reporter Dan “The Wolfman” Theodore caught up with Strikeforce light heavyweight Ovince Saint Preux (12-5) following his one-punch knockout of T.J. Cook (12-5) at “Rousey vs. Kaufman” Saturday night at Valley View Casino Center in San Diego.

Saint Preux and Cook opened the Showtime televised main card with a bang as both fighters brought the heat. Cook showed durability after nearly getting finished in the first round, but ultimately, it only took one big left hand in the third round from the former University of Tennessee linebacker to put the Floridian to sleep.

Saint Preux talked about the fight and his desire for a rematch with former Strikeforce light heavyweight champ Gegard Mousasi (32-3-2), who remains Saint-Preux’s only defeat inside the organization.
