Pro MMA Now Radio returns tonight at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT) with former Tennessee Volunteer linebacker and current rising Strikeforce light heavyweight star Ovince St-Preux (@003_osp).

St-Preux (11-5) was on an eight-fight win streak and was undefeated inside the Strikeforce cage before dropping a unanimous decision to former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi (32-3-2) this past December. We will talk with St-Preux about what he learned from that loss and what he has changed up, if anything, as he prepares to face Florida knockout artist T.J. Cook (12-4) Saturday night on the main card of “Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman” LIVE on Showtime.
