As the Ultimate Fighting Championships continue to add to their UFC 150 card, Ken Stone (11-3) will meet fellow bantamweight contender Erik Perez (11-4) at the Pepsi Center in Denver on August 11.

News of this bout was confirmed by the UFC via their UFC Latino Twitter page on Saturday.

UFC 150 will feature a headline bout between UFC lightweight champ Benson Henderson and Frankie Edgar, these two men will engage in a highly anticipated rematch for the title. The main card for this event will air LIVE on PPV, the prelims are expected to air on Facebook and FX/Fuel TV.

American Top Team fighter Ken Stone is currently riding a two fight winning streak, most recently defeating Dustin Pague via split decision at ‘UFC on FX: Maynard vs. Guida’ last month. Prior to that he scored a first round submission victory over Donny Walker at ‘UFC Fight Night 25’, bouncing back from two consecutive knockout losses against Eddie Wineland and Scott Jorgensen.

22-year-old Erik Perez last fought at The Ultimate Fighter 15 Finale in June, where he scored a first round submission victory over John Albert. Prior to that he had a two-fight stint in the U.K. Based BAMMA promotion where he picked up a unanimous decision win over Paul McVeigh, and a first round submission victory over James Brum. Currently on a six fight winning streak Perez will no doubt look to extend his run to seven with a win over Ken.
