Fans cry foul: Machida-Bader added to UFC light heavyweight title mix

If they have not done it already today, Lyoto Machida and Ryan Bader should thank their fans. UFC President Dana White has revised his former decision that the winner of Saturday night’s main event between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Brandon Vera would get the next light heavyweight title shot. The fans cried foul and the UFC President responded.

UFC on FOX 4: Mike Swick returns from two year hiatus to face DaMarques Johnson

The UFC on FOX 4 event will feature a welterweight bout between two former TUF contestants when Mike Swick returns from a two year hiatus to take on DaMarques Johnson on Saturday night in Los Angeles, California. Swick first appeared on the scene as a part of the inaugural cast of The Ultimate Fighter with Johnson appearing on TUF 9 where he was a finalist.

July was so busy, I do have to say, I’m glad it’s over. A lot was accomplished and many lessons learned, so a month not lived in vain. I fought July 14th, competed in the Big Sky State Games July 21st, then, Ferg fought in Kalispell, July 27th. Thank goodness for ice baths!
