"Little" Patricia Vidonic rocking her new Elevation Training Mask 2.0.

What a fun week! On Monday, I received my Elevation Training Mask 2.0. I used it all week, and yes my review is in here, so keep reading! Next week I will hopefully be announcing my next fight in July.

Here’s a hint… we have been scheduled before, but it didn’t happen. Stay posted, because I’m not going to jinx it!  On Saturday the Strawberry Festival in downtown Billings was going on, so we walked down and enjoyed the festivities.

What a beautiful day to see all the people of Billings coming together.  There was music, vendors, food, and oh yeah, the 60-foot strawberry shortcake! Nice day to get out, see friends (not in the gym) and embrace this kind of happening.

Billings is nice like that, there is always something going on downtown, Spring, Summer and Fall; there aren’t too many places like that anymore…

Elevation Training Mask 2.0

The Training Mask 2.0 offers more range of resistance than the original; I use both of my masks at the highest setting of 18,000 ft.  I have had my original for almost a year now and I love it.  I feel that the 2.0 is more versatile, I have better vision, which makes it easier for me to focus on my workout and breathing.

I am able to do more exercises with the 2.0 than the 1.0.  It’s lighter, and completely washable!  The cons are: You have to set the 2.0 up before you workout and it’s possible to change the settings while wearing it, but it’s difficult.

I’m using a size small, the neoprene is a little big, so an x-small band to go around my little head would be perfect!  They both add up the same for their purpose.  Elevation Training Mask is an excellent tool for any athlete wanting to improve themselves.

I dig my mask and all the benefits I have seen from using it.  Here it is simply put:  Lowering O2 intake increases red blood cells, which will send more O2 from your lungs to your body.  This increases cardiovascular stamina, lung capacity, strengthens mental and physical stamina and promotes higher quality breathing habits.

Having the ability to train at altitude without having to travel is just short of a miracle.  All of this is backed by scientific clinical studies; oh, and not to mention some of the baddest MMA fighters out there ~ Sean Sherk and I.  Pre-order yours today, they will be shipping out July 1st!
