UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva talks about living by the martial arts philosophy in this new video from the Ultimate Fighting Championship. “The Spider” speaks on improving one’s self daily, not only in fighting, but in life.

Silva recounts memories of getting beat up by the bigger kids and crying during training as a child. He says while the bigger bullies were beating everyone up without learning, he was learning. And then came the day when he says he became “gnarlier” than the big kids.
“The Spider” will put his title on the line once again in a rematch with Chael Sonnen on July 7 at UFC 148 in Las Vegas.
