In honor of “UFC 145: Jones vs. Evans” which takes place this Saturday, April 21, Fight Day has released this documentary hosted by Dave Farra entitled, “The Real Jon Jones.”

The film explores the rise of UFC light heavyweight champion Jonny “Bones” Jones from a college drop-out to reaching the pinnacle of the mixed martial arts world. Viewers will see Jones’ hometown of Binghamton, N.Y., and learn about his upbringing, early life and family values.

Jones answers personal questions about his family, his relationship with God and the death of his younger sister. The film also takes a look at the criticism that follows the champ. Is he cocky or just confident in his abilities? It is a fresh and revealing look at the man many think has the potential to go down as one of the greatest mixed martial arts fighters of all time.
