Former UFC heavyweight Todd Duffee defeated Neil “Goliath” Grove in the Super Fight League 2 main event Saturday night at T-Box Mobile Arena in Chandigarh, India. The event was broadcast live on Youtube as part of a three-year streaming deal that SFL has with the online media giant.

Duffee caught Grove early on with a big right hook that sent the South African to the canvas. Duffee pounced landing several follow-up blows forcing the referee stoppage just 34 seconds into the fight. Duffee was awarded “knockout of the night” and the bout was the first of a four-fight deal Duffee signed with Super Fight League.

In middleweight action Bellator  season five 185 pound tournament winner Alexander Shlemenko improved his win streak to eight by making quick work of Japanese superstar Ikuhisa “Minowaman” Minowa. The Russian knockout artist did what he does best and stopped Minowaman via strikes at the 2:20 mark of round one.

In lightweight action UFC veteran Paul Kelly was defeated via unanimous decision by WEC veteran Ryan Healy in what was Kelly’s first fight since being released from the UFC following a submission loss to Donald Cerrone at UFC 126 in February 2011.
