This last week has been a busy one. Two of my teammates fought in Missoula, Mont. over the weekend.  But before we left, they had to make weight.  Thank goodness for the awesome Billings YMCA for allowing us access of their facility.

Tyson and Ryan both made weight, then we headed up to the fights.  It was a long drive (5.5 hours) with lots of different weather along the way.  Ryan and Tyson’s wives drove up, also along with Tyson’s kids.

Friday night Team Vidonic came out 1-1.  Tyson won by Anaconda Choke 1:18 round 1.  He listened and dominated.  Ryan was doing great, had a deep arm bar and was spiked, he never recovered at the end of the first.

Both guys walked away injury free, and with things to learn and more cage experience.  That’s what this game is all about, learning, growing and progressing. Time to hit it harder and come back stronger. We got back Saturday evening, picked up Lola and Mark, then chilled the rest of the weekend.

Back to the gym Monday morning, hitting it hard.  I fight Felice Herrig, April 13th for “XFC 17: Apocalypse” in Jackson, Tenn. If you will be in the area you can purchase tickets on my website, just click on the fight poster on the home page.  This will take you to be a fan tickets, where you purchase and select me as your XFC 17 fighter.  If you aren’t going to be in the area, you can still watch me LIVE on HDNet!
