Fist-ta-Cuff Radio welcomes Lumumba Sayers, Conor Heun, Ian McCall and Denny Hodge Sunday night at 10:30 p.m. ET

Show 129 starts with fireworks and ends with a 125 lb stick of Dynamite! From start to finish this show has got some serious interviews and phone lines will be open all show for you to call in and ask the guests your questions.

Lumumba Sayers

Our first guest is a man that is riding a 28 second KO into his fight on March 3rd from Columbus, Ohio. Lumumba Sayers is stopping in to talk shop on his main card fight against Scott Smith at Strikeforce. This is a great match up and one I think will provide some seriously
heavy hands being landed.

We will talk to Lumumba about his opponent and the match up, being bumped up to the main card, being a father and a fighter, his faith and much more. Follow Lumumba on Twitter @LumumbaSayers.

Conor Heun

We got a Hurricane coming through the shop next, so I hope yall are holding on tight. Conor Heun is dropping in to talk his upcoming fight against Ryan Couture on March 3rd from Tate vs. Rousey in Columbus,Ohio. Conor is coming a unanimous decision win over Mango Almeida back in June. This could be a fight that shows who has the better ground game between Heun and Couture.

We will talk to Conor about fighting Ryan, his comments on the UG, his last fight against Mango, and much more. Conor always brings it and I hope you guys are ready for it. Follow Conor on Twitter @ConorHeun.

Ian McCall

Last but not least is a man that is ready to prove he is the best in the world at 125 lbs and he plans on doing it on the biggest stage in the world. That’s right the one the only, Uncle Creepy is back in the shop! Ian McCall is back to talk about his signing with the UFC, leaving Tachi Palace, fighting in a four man tournament in the UFC to determine the 125 lb. champ, and so much more.

Ian has an amazing story that we hear a piece of each time he is on the show, so I am sure this time will be no different. This is a goal Ian has been working on for quite some time and I can’t wait to talk to him about how surreal it has to be to finally be here. The journey is just starting in the grand scheme of things for McCall but I am sure he has plenty to say about it. Tune in and get ready for the soon to be champ to tell you what it is. Follow Ian on Twitter @Unclecreepymma.
