“ITUF: Calling a Champion” will feature two 4-man tournaments, one at 205 pounds (93kg), the other at 132 pounds (60kg), featuring some of Europe’s top rising prospects, along with a superfight main event between multi-time, multi-division King of the Cage champion Tony Lopez (27-8) and Russian rising star Shamil Abdurahimov (12-1).
Lopez has won his last three fights. His most recent fight was just over a week ago, when he scored a fourth round TKO over Esteves Jones to reclaim the King of the Cage heavyweight title.
Abdurahimov has won his last six fights in a row, scoring recent victories over Jeff Monson via majority decision and Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou via third round TKO.
