What's a girl gotta do to get a fight? "Little" Patricia Vidonic is all trained up with nowhere to compete.

The holidays are right around the corner people, and the weather is proving it.  BRRR, however, we are excited and ready for the snow.

We have a 4×4, layers of clothes and a nice little apartment to call our own.  I am training as always, hoping to find a fight really soon.  So, if you know of a fight opportunity for me, please feel free to contact us at anytime, [email protected].  Spread the work for me please.  Pro. 5-1 115ish lbs. Thanks =)

Loving the new gym, everyone here is so hardworking, positive and humble.  When you walk in the front door of the gym you see two banner signs, one that says, “Welcome to the group of people that know easy doesn’t work.”  And the other says, “9 out of 10 doctors agree that getting off of your a#$ is good for you.”

Throughout the entire facility are motivational posters of people from the gym working hard with fun sayings and CrossFit shirts which are always amusing.

Anyone in the Billings area, if you are a fighter and are interested in learning more practical MMA in a positive atmosphere?  This is what my coach and I are offering to a limited amount of people, so contact us at [email protected] if this is something you want.

We plan on starting classes on Monday for those who want to progress in this sport.  My coach knows how to break things down to simplify it, and that makes it easier to learn. Our goal is your success.  I am a world ranked pro female fighter, feel free to check me out a www.patriciavidonic.com.

I have been training and fighting since January of 2009 (less than 3 years).  Never before MMA had I ever boxed, wrestled or participated in any martial arts, and look how much I have been able to achieve!

My coach/husband and I are currently offering seminars, if you or your gym are interested in having us come and share our knowledge, contact us at the same email [email protected].

We can create our own seminar schedule, or correlate with you to find out what areas you want focused on and we build a curriculum around those certain things.

Training has been awesome as always, did an hour of sparring last night. What a great time, thanks to all who participated!  Can’t wait to get a little fight team together to show people what kind of potential really is here in Montana…

I am excited for Thanksgiving, I love baking and cooking.  We have also made some good friends here.  We have a couple of families here that we are friends with and hang out with.

I am happy that we are able to make nice memories with my guys, and some close friends in our new home.  I’m thankful to have those (the few) I share my life with, you know who you are, Thank you…..

I want to thank my new gym, 4th Ave North Dojo and Alternative Athletics for the welcome, we love it here!  Everyone who walks through the door is there to put in hard work, and I respect that.

If you want to learn Kempo Karate, come down and talk to Dan. If you are interested in getting fit, come down to speak with Clint or Katie today about the CrossFit starting at 6 a.m.!!

A big thanks to my coach/husband/manager…You know what I mean, he pretty much does it all for me.  My re-hydration coach/son (honor roll student)  who is an all around cool guy!!  Thanks to my training/sparring partners for putting in work with me.

Thanks to Jack Bratcher and everyone at www.ProMMANow.com for your continued support.  Love working with you guys!  Thanks to all of my family, friends, fans and sponsors: Nutra Bio ~ Super Body Care ~ Failures No Option ~ Damage Control Mouthguards ~ Level Terrain Apparel.
