Super Heavyweight Romanian judoka and MMA fighter Alexandru Lungu made his professional kickboxing debut against Bob “The Beast” Sapp Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at SuperKombat World Grand Prix IV in Piatra Neamț, Romania.
Sapp came into this bout with eight straight losses and having not won a kickboxing fight since 2005. Lungu is a judo champion and has a 7-2 record as an MMA fighter.
