Isaac Guzman, reporting for ProMMAnow.com and Fist-ta-Cuff Radio, was at the recent Grand Opening of Alliance Training Center in El Cajon, Calif., where he caught up with Head Coach Eric Del Fierro.
Del Fierro discussed what the UFC and FOX Sports partnership means for the sport and his fighters and he explained how they keep things running smoothly with so many fighters competing at a high level on a regular basis.
Del Fierro explained why he feels fighters such as Ross Pearson and Alexander Gustafsson have traveled across the world to come and train at Alliance and admits it is a two-way street because they also are able to learn things from them as well.
Del Fierro talked about being part of Team Lloyd Irvin and having longtime Team Lloyd Irvin fighter Mike “The Hulk” Easton coming in to do part of his camp at Alliance in preparation for his UFC debut on Oct. 1 in Washington, D.C.
