Thanks so much for checking out my blog. Right now I’m just starting the third week of my fight camp; I am fighting in North Carolina on October 1 for BlackEye Promotions.

We are signing contracts this week, so stay tuned, hopefully next week I can let you all know who I’m fighting. I can tell you that she and I will display true sportsmanship before, after and during the fight. I have a very productive schedule.

I get up about 6 a.m., have some oatmeal and get out to run no later than 7 a.m. We are in the gym by 8 a.m., where I lift four mornings a week (Wednesday’s off). Jason cleans the gym while I lift, then when I’m done, he and I train. Doing drills, sparring, rolling, etc.

We have a bite to eat, or a protein shake, then the noon class gets here, so I roll with those guys until about 1:30-2 p.m. I take a break, then back to the gym about 5-ish, generally working more drills, rolling or sparring.

Three mornings a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) I also do cardio and conditioning, which are very intense workouts. You can check them out on some of my old blogs.

Monday, I work chest and triceps, Tuesdays are back and biceps, Thursday’s are shoulders, traps and abs. Friday’s are legs. I also run five or six mornings a week, which includes stairs and sprints.

On Saturday’s there is a Farmer’s Market in downtown Billings, and wow, it’s fun! That will definitely be a
weekend venture every Saturday. Lot’s of local vendors; from live music, crafts to baked goods, there is something for everyone. I sure did like that BIG cupcake though! (see photo below) And no, I did not eat it!! My diet is always healthy and now I can eat, eat, eat, because I’m working my booty off!!

The following are a video and some photos of “Little” Patricia’s training during this past week.

I want to thank my coach and husband for supporting, teaching and putting up with me. A huge shout out and thanks to Horse Nomad, you totally ROCK!!
