Imperial Fighting announces its fighter’s accident insurance policy.

Charlotte, NC, July 19th, 2011:  McTee Enterprises LLC, DBA Imperial Fighting, is pleased to announce our fighter accident insurance policy. Imperial Fighting has teamed up with Combat Sports Insurance and Jeremy Augusta to cover all professional fighters, as well as selected amateurs, who fight with the Imperial Fighting brand name.  This implemented policy will cover fighters while they are

training for upcoming Imperial Fighting productions, as well as cover them during their actual  fight. There will be no premium cost to the fighters themselves; however the policy will only cover them while contracted with Imperial Fighting.

Tim McTee, President and CEO of Imperial Fighting, says that the implementation of this policy will provide fighters with a security that is currently only offered by Zuffa and the UFC brand.  “We want to show our fighters and the general public, that we are a company that cares about this sport and those fighting in it.   We are paying the premium for our guys so that they can have peace of mind while training” said Tim McTee.

In providing this coverage for both Professionals and select Amateurs, Imperial Fighting plans on building loyalty within their brand.   “The fighters are our number one priority.   They are the  ones bringing the crowds, selling tickets, and putting it on the line for our entertainment.  We feel like we owe this to our fighters, fans, and the industry as a whole.”

With this policy in effect Imperial Fighting has done what only the UFC has been able to do, and that’s provide some type of coverage for their fighters.  Imperial Fighting President Tim McTee says “This is only the beginning” and promises it will only get better.
