According to a report from MMAJunkie, former Louisiana State fulback Shawn Jordan will meet John Hill in a heavyweight bout at Bellator 45.

The final card of Bellator’s fourth season takes place on May 21 at the L’Auberge du Lac Casino Resort in Lake Charles, La.

Jordan spent five years as a member of the LSU football team. He played in 40 games with two starts. He graduated in 2007 with a degree in kinesiology.

After building a 5-1 amateur record, Jordan made his professional debut at Bellator 9 and defeated Jame Mckinney with a side-choke submission. His record currently stands at 9-2.

Hall carries a 5-5 record as a professional. In 2003, Chris Leben stopped him at FCFF “Rumble at the Roseland 6.” Hall has dropped back-to-back fights to John Heath and Kyle Keeney.

Bellator 45 will feature the finals of both the featherweight and light heavyweight tournaments. Patricio Freire and Daniel Straus will face off, while Richard Hale takes on Christian M’Pumbu.
