Titan Fighting Championships CEO Joe Kelly has officially announced that former UFC lightweight champion Jens Pulver will headline their upcoming offering against Mike Powell in a featherweight fight.

Also, former UFC middleweight Drew McFedries will take on Darryl Cobb. The event, Titan FC 18, takes place May 27 at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan. The main card will air live on HDNet.

In January, Pulver picked up a much needed win with a submission over Mike Lindquist. The victory snapped a six-fight losing streak. “Lil Evil” returned and took a split decision over Wade Choate last March. Over the course of his career, Pulver has defeated Joe Stevenson, Caol Uno and B.J. Penn.

Powell is 10-2 and currently riding a three-fight winning streak. In his last fight, he defeated Jovon Myle at Iowa Challenge 60.

McFedries last fought at Titan FC 16. He picked up a win over Gary Tapusoa to improve his record to 9-6.

Cobb is veteran of BET’s reality show “Iron Ring.” He is currently 5-2 and has also defeated Tapusoa. In his last fight, he fell by submission to Rodney Collier.
