Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira talks with Inside MMA’s Ron Kruck about he and his brother’s new gym in San Diego, what he is most proud of about the new facility and the family atmosphere they have there.

Big Nog also discusses his health and some of the injuries he has been dealing with and says he hopes to be ready to fight again by August when the UFC returns to Brazil.

Asked if there is anyone he wants to fight next, Nogueira says he would like to get a rematch with Frank Mir because he wasn’t a 100%, he had staph infection, was heavy and just not in the best of shape when they first fought.

He also says he would like to get a shot at Brock Lesnar once Junior dos Santos is finished with him. He feels his style matches up well with Brock’s ground and pound style and enjoys those type of ground battles. First though, he’s excited about dos Santos fighting Lesnar and will be in “Cigano’s” corner.

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira talks with Ron Kruck about his recent fight with Phil Davis and shares his thoughts on fighting two tough wrestlers back to back.

Asked if he is tired of facing wrestlers, Lil’ Nog says it has been good experience for him and this is part of the game. America is known for having great wrestlers and it is helping him improve.

And if he has it his way, Nog will get another wrestler in his next bout.

Lil’ Nog was supposed to fight Tito Ortiz at the Fight Night back in March but Ortiz had to pull out due to a cut on his head that needed stitches. Lil’ Nog says the fight between he and Ortiz has been talked about a long time and is hoping that is his next opponent.
