Undefeated up-and-comer Phil "Mr. Wonderful" Davis has an enormous opportunity to make a statement if he can defeat perennial top-10 light heavyweight Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC Fight Night 24 this Saturday LIVE on Spike TV.

During the mixed martial arts hour on Wednesday’s episode of AFTERNOON PRESS BOX on Sports Radio 560 WNSR, Darren and the boys talked with undefeated UFC light heavyweight Phil “Mr. Wonderful” Davis (8-0), who will take on MMA legend Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (19-4) this Saturday, March 26, in the UFC Fight Night 24 main event LIVE on Spike TV.

Davis talked about the current status of the UFC’s 205-pound division and what he is expecting when he steps in the cage this weekend against one of the sport’s legendary fighters. Davis also talked about his recent appearance on Orange County Choppers and a possible future match-up against newly-crowned light heavyweight champ Jon “Bones Jones.

Davis talks about some of his Alliance Training Center training partners and gives an update on how his teammate Brandon Vera is looking as he prepares to make his return to the Octagon.

In addition to talking with Davis, the guys also recapped UFC 128 and Jon Jones’ win over Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and broke down some of the featured fights on this weekend’s Spike TV card.
