Titan Fighting Championship announced on Wednesday that former professional wrestler Bobby Lashley will now face John Ott at TItan FC 17. The card take place on March 25 at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan.

Lashley was originally scheduled to fight James Jack. However, Titan FC CEO Joe Kelly said in an official release “he’s essentially gone MIA” after Jack missed several scheduled appearances.

Ott, who has fought as low as middleweight, will move up to heavyweight to take on Lashley. He currently sports an 8-7 record as a professional including a pair of wins over ProMMANow.com blogger Brian Imes. He also holds a victory over Palace Fighting Championships veteran Isaiah “The Striking Viking” Larson.

Lashley will be looking to rebound after dropping his first professional fight against Chad Griggs last August. Prior to the defeat, “The Dominator” had won five-straight fights including first round finishes of Bob Sapp and Wes Sims.

Also on the card, Phil Baroni will meet Nick Nolte and Abe Wagner will look to continue his recent success with a win over Strikeforce Aaron Rosa. The main card of Titan FC 17 will air live on HDNet.
