Mauricio "Shogun" Rua will be put to the test at UFC 128 on March 19.

On March 19, 2011, rising UFC light heavyweight star Jon “Bones” Jones will get his shot at glory when he faces off with MMA legend and current 205-pound champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

“Shogun” has beaten the sport’s elite. Warriors like Chuck Liddell, Lyoto Machida, Alistair Overeem, Quinton Jackosn and others have fallen at the hands of the 29-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Muay Thai specialist.

Jones is six years younger, and although a superstar in his own right, he is just a baby compared to the experience and level of competition “Shogun” has in the sport.

At UFC 128 Jones will face his toughest test to date. Can the young phenom do to Rua what he has done to everyone else? Will he finally meet his match and face real opposition or will he mow him down like all the rest?

Also competing at UFC 128 are two former WEC stars making their UFC debuts, Urijah Faber and Eddie Wineland. Now fighting at bantamweight, can Faber reclaim the glory he held as the WEC featherweight champion or will Wineland crush his plans?

Mirko Cro Cop returns at UFC 128 against one of the heavyweight division’s top up-and-comers, Brendan Schaub. How will this new breed of knockout artist fare against the legendary striker? It’s the biggest fight of Schaub’s career. Will he rise to the occasion?
