If you like a little warm-up by watching some of the preliminary card bouts prior to the UFC pay-per-view, you will be happy to hear that Spike TV will telecast 12 LIVE “UFC Prelim” shows in 2011.

Beginning with UFC 103 in Sept. 2009, Spike has aired a total of 13 “UFC Prelims” with an average viewership of 1.5 million.

The first “UFC Prelims” show of 2011 will air LIVE on Spike TV on Saturday, Feb. 5, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT and will feature two bouts from the “UFC 126: Silva vs. Belfort” preliminary card, Donald Cerrone (13-3, 1 NC) vs. Paul Kelly (12-3) and Chad Mendes (9-0) vs. Michihiro Omigawa (12-8-1).
